Refund policy
In case of any DOAs, This policy will outline SPECIFIC TERMS that I have the right to abide by.
PARTIAL ORDER DOA: I will offer a refund of the shrimp cost, excluding shipping costs, or replacement. The replacement shipping cost WILL be covered by customer. This Policy will be followed if the following is met:
- Temps at LOCAL city is within 45-75 Degrees Fahrenheit: you have 2 (TWO) hours to send 2 pictures to me: 1 of the bag unopened showing the doa, and 1 picture of them in the bowl. Due to shrimp eating dead shrimp, I will want a count of all live shrimp, NOT DOA.
- Temps at LOCAL City outside of the temp range: You have 1 (ONE) hour to send 2 pictures to me: 1 of the bag unopened showing the doa, and 1 picture of them in the bowl. Due to shrimp eating dead shrimp, I will want a count of all live shrimp, NOT DOA.
FULL ORDER DOA: I will offer a FULL REPLACEMENT FREE of cost Because obviously something was beyond anyones control. THIS IS A VERY RARE SITUATION ALTHOUGH This does happen from time to time. I just need you to follow the times and condions outlined above in the PARTIAL ORDER DOA Paragraph.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ORDER SITS IN THE SUN FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIMES OR IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED. I WILL HOWEVER HELP IN ANYWAY I CAN.
If YOU RECIEVE AN ORDER THAT BY CHANCE HAS A PARASITE OR SICKNESS, PLEASE CONTACT US. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THIS IS A VERY RARE OCCURANCE. WE INSPECT EVERYTHING PRIOR TO THEM GOING INTO OUR TANKS AND PRIOR TO THEM BEING SHIPPED OUT. VERY RARELY DO WE FIND ISSUES.
